We recommend booking our catering services at least 2-3 months in advance to ensure availability. To guarantee menu and staffing, we ask for finalization of your event two weeks ahead of time. That doesn't mean we won't book with you if you need last minute catering. If we can make it work, we can make it happen for you.
Price of catering can vary from $15-$200 or more per person for your event. We build in the cost of each menu item, listed in our menu section, rentals of dishware or equipment, staffing, beverage service, and any other additional factors. We recommend you keep a range of price in mind and we will work within your budget to the best of our ability.
Yes, we can provide staff such as servers, bartenders, and chefs for your event.
We specialize in a variety of cuisines including French, Italian, Southern, Mexican, Spanish, and Pacific Northwest dishes. We can also create almost anything you have in mind!
Absolutely! Chef Natalie was inspired to start her business because of her difficulty navigating her own dietary restrictions. We are always happy to put together menu options that are gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, and free of other food allergens.
Sheild Catering standard service includes a 15 mile radius of Eugene, Oregon. However, we are able to travel all over Oregon with an additional transportation fee if we have staff and vehicles available. We have catered events near the Oregon Coast, Portland Metro Area, and Southern Oregon.
We can absolutely take care of table linens, tables, and other items for your event, although we do not keep them in stock, and you will save money if you order directly from Destination Events or another event rental company.
