As an Off-site Catering Lead Server, your team must provide courteous and effective service by maintaining an efficient, clean, and helpful atmosphere while on duty. As a Server, you were expected to take direction well and be a team player. As a Lead Server, you are being given larger responsibilities in the task of providing excellent customer service on your own.
